Lana Mansfield joins Ome Caterers as Executive Chef with nearly 20 years of experience in the fine dining catering industry. Lana’s career has focused on featuring the central concept of blending thoughtfully crafted menus with seamless service and execution. As a lifelong resident of New York’s Hudson Valley region, she is accustomed to working with the bounty of local ingredients and products that this area provides.

In her previous role as Senior Events Sous Chef for Abigail Kirsch, Lana was directly responsible for all events operations. Her finely developed palate and skillset of consistency in maintaining the highest quality standards allow her to understand the nuances of catering. This is highlighted in her range of executions from a cocktail party for 20 guests in a private residence to a plated multi-course gala for 2,000+ guests.

In her spare time, Lana enjoys outdoor activities with her two teenage children and is preparing to run her first half marathon in 2025. Lana’s balance of personal and professional success empowers her to showcase the Ome brand of quality to the New Jersey special events market.
